In-house gear grinding
Helical and bevel-helical sets are ground and shaved in-house, holding profile and lead accuracy to AGMA 6010.
Parallel-shaft, bevel-helical and planetary drives built with in-house gear grinding and case hardening, rated per AGMA 6010 service factors, with 15-day spare parts availability and a 2-year warranty.

Products
Compare torque rating, ratio range, mounting position, housing and lubrication across drives from 5 kW to 500 kW. Every unit is gear ground and case hardened in house, rated to AGMA 6010 service factors, and backed by a 15-day spare parts availability and 2-year warranty.

Foot, flange or torque-arm mounted drive for conveyors, feeders and mixers from 5 kW to 90 kW.

Right-angle drive up to 500 kW for inclined conveyors, mills and shaft lines needing 90° output.

High ratio in-line planetary drive for belt conveyors, screeners and material handling feeders.

Heavy-duty helical and bevel-helical conveyor drive assembly for 250 kW to 500 kW belt lines.

Low-speed, high-torque bevel-helical mill drive for cement grinding and roller press duties.

Pre-assembled bearing, seal and shim kits for scheduled rebuilds without ordering single items.

Our documented ratings follow the ISO 9001 quality system and AGMA 6010 service factor rating, so you can verify load capacity before a gearbox from this helical gearbox manufacturer China reaches your site. Every unit ships with rating documentation you can use for a pre-commissioning file review.
Manufacturing, gear grinding and case hardening run under an ISO 9001 quality management system. Inspection and test records are kept per serial number, so a replacement for a cement mill gearbox replacement order can be traced back to heat and gear batch.
Service factors and load ratings are stated per AGMA 6010, including the assumed operating hours, starts per hour, shock load class and ambient conditions. A service factor of 1.25 to 1.50 is standard for steady conveyor duty; use 1.75 or higher for a heavy shock class with frequent reversals or a sticky mill load.
Each model lists nominal output torque, ratio range, allowable momentary and operating torque, and the parallel shaft helical gearbox ratio range available for that frame size, so selection can be checked against motor power and drum speed.
Oil type, fill volume, and cooling requirement are documented for each housing position and oil bath level. For the planetary gearbox for conveyor drive variants, mount position changes the fill volume, and the figures are given per orientation.
On request we supply dimension drawings, mounting position options, shaft and flange data, bearing and seal designations, and the recommended spare parts kit bearings seals list, with the gearbox spare parts kit bearings seals line items and quantities shown for a 15-day availability plan.
Two-year warranty on the gearbox housing, gears and bearings under stated operating conditions, with wear items and lubricants excluded. Serial numbers, test reports and paint batch data are supplied with the unit for maintenance file records.
Capabilities
Selection rests on documented gear quality, AGMA 6010 service factors and stocked spares you can verify before the PO is placed.
Helical and bevel-helical sets are ground and shaved in-house, holding profile and lead accuracy to AGMA 6010.
Case hardening to HB 58–62 on gear flanks supports mining conveyor duty with a 2-year warranty.
Each quote states the AGMA 6010 service factor, gearbox rating and motor power for your duty cycle.
Parallel shaft helical, bevel-helical and planetary drives from 5 kW to 500 kW, ratios 5:1 to 100:1.
In-process dimensional checks on housing bore, centre distance and shaft runout, logged per serial number.
Bearing, seal and key kits for cement mill and conveyor replacements are stocked and shipped within 15 days.
Capacity & lead time
Standard helical and bevel-helical units leave the works in 30–45 days, with a minimum order of one gearbox per model for replacement and trial orders. Two assembly halls in Changzhou handle standard parallel shaft helical, bevel-helical and planetary conveyor drives, with in-house gear grinding and case hardening.
Process
Send application, motor kW, service factor per AGMA 6010, ratio and mounting; you get a technical reply within 2 working days.
We size the parallel shaft helical or bevel-helical unit, 5 kW to 500 kW, and return a GA drawing with ratio, mounting position and oil volume.
You receive itemised pricing, 15-day spares availability, bearings and seals kit options, and a production lead time in writing.
Before assembly we agree the inspection plan: gear grinding, case hardening depth, AGMA rating check; third-party witness is welcome.
In-house gear grinding and case hardening on two assembly halls, with paint and packing to mining or cement site conditions.
You get B/L, packing list, manual and spare parts list on dispatch, plus 2-year warranty and 15-day spares despatch for Australia, Indonesia and Chile.
FAQ
We rate to AGMA 6010 service factor, typically 1.25–1.5 for continuous conveyors with shock load, 1.75–2.0 for crushers, mixers and mills. Send peak torque, starting torque and duty hours so we can confirm the rating in writing.
Give motor power in kW (5–500 kW range), output torque, overall ratio, mounting position (foot, flange, or top), shaft arrangement, duty cycle and ambient conditions. Add drum diameter, belt mass and shock load for conveyor duty.
Bevel-helical units run 30–500 kW and 6–150 ratios where the drive axis must be offset. Below 5 kW we suggest a parallel shaft helical gearbox or a planetary gearbox for conveyor drive applications.
Sample and first-article units ship in 30–45 days after drawing approval; series production follows the same window from receipt of the deposit. Gear grinding, case hardening and assembly all happen in-house.
Each unit ships with dimensional inspection report, material and hardness records, gear tooth inspection data and packing list; third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas or TÜV is welcome. Export documents include commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading.
Two-year warranty on gears, shafts and housing against material and workmanship defects; bearings and seals are excluded as consumables. Bearing, seal and shim kits for most models are available within 15 days.
Our selection team returns a sized gearbox with rated torque, service factor, mounting position, lubricant recommendation and confirmed lead time.
